WHY WE DON’T USE “BEFORE & AFTER” PHOTOS

Before-and-after images can be misleading. They often reflect lighting, posture, timing, or short-term restriction—rather than meaningful, lasting health outcomes.

More importantly, they do not reflect measurable progress.

The WM4L Method™ does not define success by appearance alone. We measure what’s happening inside the body—and how personalized nutrition supports sustainable change over time.
